Man claimed that he is an Imam in mosque in USA and said : the (male and male or female and female ) Homosexuality is allowable because there is not a clear verse in Quran that makes the Homosexuality a sin (Haram) based on the rule : the origin in things is allowable except the text (Quran), and there is no any punishment verse for who practice it .
I do not know if he has really copy of Quran like what we have or another copy !! because he did not find the verse that says about the forbidden and the punishment verse !

– Abomination Forebodement
{قُلْ إِنَّمَا حَرَّمَ رَبِّيَ الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ وَالإِثْمَ وَالْبَغْيَ بِغَيْرِ الْحَقِّ وَأَن تُشْرِكُواْ بِاللّهِ مَا لَمْ يُنَزِّلْ بِهِ سُلْطَاناً وَأَن تَقُولُواْ عَلَى اللّهِ مَا لاَ تَعْلَمُونَ }الأعراف33
– sexual sufficiency is only in marriage
{وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ } {إِلَّا عَلَى أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ }المؤمنون5-6
And (pair) word called only for a different kind and both called (couple) because there is a relationship harmony and complementary between them .
And this verse also prohibit making sex with the animals and it did not mention in Quran because it’s something that human avoid it innately .
– Homosexuality is a Abomination behavior
{وَلُوطاً إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِ أَتَأْتُونَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مَا سَبَقَكُم بِهَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ مِّن الْعَالَمِينَ }الأعراف80
{وَلُوطاً آتَيْنَاهُ حُكْماً وَعِلْماً وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ مِنَ الْقَرْيَةِ الَّتِي كَانَت تَّعْمَلُ الْخَبَائِثَ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمَ سَوْءٍ فَاسِقِينَ }الأنبياء74
– people who practice Homosexuality are wicked and disobedience
{ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا قَوْمَ سَوْءٍ فَاسِقِينَ }الأنبياء74
– punishment for ( female Homosexuality )
{وَاللاَّتِي يَأْتِينَ الْفَاحِشَةَ مِن نِّسَآئِكُمْ فَاسْتَشْهِدُواْ عَلَيْهِنَّ أَرْبَعةً مِّنكُمْ فَإِن شَهِدُواْ فَأَمْسِكُوهُنَّ فِي الْبُيُوتِ حَتَّىَ يَتَوَفَّاهُنَّ الْمَوْتُ أَوْ يَجْعَلَ اللّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً }النساء15
And the punishment for ( female Homosexuality ) is keep them in home not in jail and that for social and psychology treatment and protection until they purify themselves or die or marry and return as norman humen. – the punishment verse for ( male Homosexuality )
{وَاللَّذَانَ يَأْتِيَانِهَا مِنكُمْ فَآذُوهُمَا فَإِن تَابَا وَأَصْلَحَا فَأَعْرِضُواْ عَنْهُمَا إِنَّ اللّهَ كَانَ تَوَّاباً رَّحِيماً }النساء16
The punishment for ( male Homosexuality ) is hurt them psychologically and physically without killing them or amputate any of their limbs and that by putting them in the jail and hit them under the palm of their legs by stick in a way that do not leave any bodily infirmity and distortion .
Adultery is between two different kinds ( male and female ) and it is a porn and the punishment for this is lashing and announce them in the public .
.{الزَّانِيَةُ وَالزَّانِي فَاجْلِدُوا كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِّنْهُمَا مِئَةَ جَلْدَةٍ وَلَا تَأْخُذْكُم بِهِمَا رَأْفَةٌ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَلْيَشْهَدْ عَذَابَهُمَا طَائِفَةٌ مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ }النور2
Prophet Lot’ people were praticing Abomination with males and when the Engels came as human (males) the Lot’s people wanted to practice abomination with the Engels whether consent or non consent and they asked the prophet to let them to take them, but he did refuse and said :
They are my guests and my daughters are purer for you
{وَجَاءهُ قَوْمُهُ يُهْرَعُونَ إِلَيْهِ وَمِن قَبْلُ كَانُواْ يَعْمَلُونَ السَّيِّئَاتِ قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ هَـؤُلاء بَنَاتِي هُنَّ أَطْهَرُ لَكُمْ فَاتَّقُواْ اللّهَ وَلاَ تُخْزُونِ فِي ضَيْفِي أَلَيْسَ مِنكُمْ رَجُلٌ رَّشِيدٌ }هود78
This does not mean that prophet Lot was offering his daughters for adultery, and ( daughters ) word in Quran does not mean always biologically
{ وَحَلاَئِلُ أَبْنَائِكُمُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ أَصْلاَبِكُمْ }النساء 23
Depends on this verse that means we have daughters not biologically or genetic .
That’s mean people’s girls are prophet Lot’s girls because he is in the highest position in his people and like father for them and this sentence (daughters are purer for you) means for marriages not for Adultery .
And the punishment for prophet’s people was because making sex ( males and males ) , cut the way on people and making the denial and it became a social phenomenon and all people were making these except who believed in prophet’s Lot and less from people believed in the prophet
،{أَئِنَّكُمْ لَتَأْتُونَ الرِّجَالَ وَتَقْطَعونَ السَّبِيلَ وَتَأْتُونَ فِي نَادِيكُمُ الْمُنكَرَ فَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا ائْتِنَا بِعَذَابِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ }العنكبوت29
This destroyed verse is ( report – announce – inform ) and not a legislative verse for us .
And it’s wrong to call ( لواط ) because the prophet’s name is ( لوط ) ( Lot ) and this is very big abuse for him and right thing is to call it Homosexuality Abomination .
And Homosexuality Abomination is not genetic or organic disorder and all what they say about that is allegation, claim, rumor and gossip for promotion, publicity and justification for practice it .
{إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُحِبُّونَ أَن تَشِيعَ الْفَاحِشَةُ فِي الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ وَأَنتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ }النور19

Leviticus 18:22
You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination.
Leviticus 20:13
If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall surely be put to death; their blood is upon them.
« وَإِذَا اضْطَجَعَ رَجُلٌ مَعَ ذَكَرٍ اضْطِجَاعَ امْرَأَةٍ، فَقَدْ فَعَلاَ كِلاَهُمَا رِجْسًا. إِنَّهُمَا يُقْتَلاَنِ. دَمُهُمَا عَلَيْهِمَا».
